Had such a good time painting for the first time (aside from finger painting as a child). 🖌️ The white paint's smell definitely triggered one heck of a red, puffy, and burning rosacea flare-up, but it was completely worth it! 🍅 The self-guided canvas painting at @creativecafestudios made it look like I somewhat knew what I was doing! Loving my birdy art now hanging at the end of my hall 👩‍🎨 #creativecafe #imanartist #birdypainting #rosylifestyle #painting #tomatoface #rosaceaflare #madeitmyself
I did a breakfast science today 😁🤓🔬 On the left is a conventional egg direct from a local farm. On the right is a non-GMO egg direct from a local farm (@stonehorsefarm) that lets its hens to roam free. What a difference! Whoda thunk? The non-GMO egg had a taller, rounder yolk and a more self-contained white. The shell was thicker and didn't shatter when cracked.🥚🥚 The yolk was more orange coloured and didn't break despite my terrible egg-flipping skills (the other one did 🙄). The texture and flavour were noticeably different and richer. Amazing! I never would have guessed that the difference would be so big! 🍳 #farmfresh #nongmo #happyhens #humanefarming #theoldfashionedway #friedeggs #ididascience #breakfastscience
Hi Rosy Friends! 🌺 I'm getting back into eating right after suffering the consequences of 1.8 pounds of jelly beans last week 😬 Breakfast: green smoothie bowl. Lunch: salad and a (pasture raised local) ham and apple sandwich (à la Norway Pavilion café at Epcot including homemade apple chutney 😁) on homemade bran bread. Dinner: quinoa pasta with loads of fresh vegetables, mussels and (pasture raised local) sausage. I also have 12k+ steps today so far and 100+ exercise minutes. Feeling great about getting back to self-care! 🥰
Loving the difference the @lovenorthmedicinals Cherry Tamanu facial serum is making as the cooler fall weather makes my skin crave more oomph from my care routine. 🥰 Soothing right away and healing when I use it under a gentle moisturizer overnight. 🌺 #rosaceaskincare #lovenorth #naturalskincare
